For The Picky Collectors: All items I have to sell usually have some flaws. I always do my best to describe all the items to the best of my ability, but I am only human and it is possible that I miss something. So please ask if you want to make sure an item doesn't have a specific issue, have any other questions or want more pictures. I'm happy to oblige :)

For Those With Allergies:​ My home is pet and smoke free as I'm allergic to both myself. However, the items I sell have had previous owners and I can not guarantee that they've always been in a pet and smoke free enviroment.

Prices: When I price my ponies I always search completed listings of them on Ebay to see what they sell for on avarage. I then add or subtract to the price depending on the condition my ponies are in compared to the ones on Ebay. That being said the prices are not carved in stone and I'm open to reasonable offers.

"On Hold": If you wish to buy some of my ponies but can't afford it at the moment I will happily put them on hold for you. Unless other arrangements are made I will hold them up to one week. If you need a little more time than that then please let me know a date when you will be able to pay and I will hold them untill that date.

​

Payment: I only accept Paypal payment at this time unless you're in Sweden. For Swedish buyers it's completely fine with a normal banktransfer aswell.

​

Shipping: I ship from Sweden to anywhere in the world. Items will be shipped 1-3 days after I've recieved payment, and I will obviously let you know as soon as your package is on its way.

​

Shipping Fees: I will happily combine shipping if you make multiple purchases and I will only charge you the exact fee that it costs to ship the item(s) to you. 

There are two shippingoptions from Sweden. A cheaper one without tracking and a pricy one with tracking.

You can pick whichever you like and I will give you a total after that, but do note: If you pick the option without tracking I will NOT be held responsible if your package is lost in the mail.

Customs: If your package gets stuck in customs it is NOT my responsibility to pay their fees, it is yours.

​

For Your Satesfaction: I want my buyers to be completely satesfied. If you are not, then please contact me once you recieve the item. I'm happy to work every issue out aslong as it can be done in an adult and civil manner.
